| Housing and Urban Development: Section 8 Housing |
- We have been contact numerous times by Housing and
Urban Development Section 8 recipients and have the
following announcement:
- Due to Section 8 budget cuts, stringent rules, and low rent
allowance, we are unable to provide housing for Section 8
recipients. - We do not accept additional funds from the Tenant to make
up for the low rent HUD is only willing to pay. It is against HUD
rules and against our policy.
